Terms and Conditions


All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 30%, using the system PayPal, Western Union. The receipt of this advance by the company does not imply acceptance of the reservation but the extent that there are places available. If accepted, the balance of the total cost of benefits must be paid before the actual start of our services.

Until we receive full payment of services, we reserve the right to change rates Dollar changes and other adjustments.


If cancellation occurs:

  • More than 20 days before the beginning of the tour: 100 % of the deposit will be reimbursed, less bank fees due to money transfer.
  • Less 15 days before the beginning of the tour: 50 % of the deposit will be retained, which correspond to pre-payment of some services (hotels, transport).
  • Less than 6 days before departure: 100% of the deposit will be retained.

No Show

A customer with confirmed reservations who fails to arrive and whose reservations were not cancelled. The cost of the unused package services will not be refunded (partial or total


It is required to take our services being compulsorily subscribed to health insurance assistance - repatriation in the event of a medical emergency.


The tour prices are converted to US $ Bolivians. Prices may change during busy periods and may be slightly different than the direct purchase in our offices due to changes in exchange rates. No return of these differences.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for any situations beyond our control that affect the tours and transport. This includes (but is not limited to) the cancelation or change of departure/return times due to protests, roadblocks, marches, weather conditions, elections, festivals or other gatherings, national holidays, road accidents. We are not responsible for paying any compensation for any effects of the aforementioned situations including (but not limited to) additional transport or accommodation costs.


Children under 2 years travel free of charge, those aged 2 to 8 years are charged 70% of the normal rate.


Customers must bear: passaporte, vaccinations, travel insurance, luggage and must adhere to the rules and formalities of police, customs and health authorities during his trip. During the trip should not leave their belongings in the care of others, to avoid losses or robôs.Valle Beautiful Tours will not be responsible for cases of loss, theft and delay or failure of the client to submit documents in order. Customers should be aware, which may be at risk from the remoteness of health centers, the state of the roads, the character adventure of some circuits (especially high-mountain climbs, walks in the jungle, horseback riding and expeditions ATV). Valle Hermoso Tours is not responsible for medical emergency evacuation costs, costs of accident, theft, illness or death. The client assumes these risks in full knowledge and agrees not to charge this to your guides or different borrowers.

Valle Hermoso reserves the right directly or through intermediaries to substitute a means of transport, accommodation, itinerary, if it were for the safety of the group for climatic reasons. Without that participants can claim any indemnification for it.

Valle Hermoso Tours can not assume responsibility for accidents resulting from the negligence of one or more members of the group, participants must conform to the rules of prudence and follow the advice given by their guides. Valle Hermoso Tours reserves the right to expel a group to a person whose behavior is considered risky for the safety and welfare of the other participants. No compensation will be recognized.
